In January of 2004 I accepted a teaching position at Highland Springs High School in Henrico County, Virginia. Since this time @ 6 years ago, I have been using the Internet on a daily basis. At school I present lessons to my students on school space, take attendance and export quarterly grades all online. In 2005, shortly after my son was born I made the decision to continue my education and enrolled in an online graduate degree program. This took approximately 2 years to complete and although I have never met a single classmate we worked collaborativly on class assignments and I corresponded with the course facilitator via email. Earning my degree helped me to grasp the realization of earning a living online! I also needed a way to pay for the cost of my newly found knowledge. I would not trade the time or experience I had during this two year period, but I laughed (not necessarily out of humor) when my first loan statement arrived!
I had to find a way to create additional income from home and this lead me to look into network marketing.
