So what are we going to do about it?

2> Create great stories!

Most compensation plans don’t have a victim bonus, so let’s see 3 examples of the power of a story.

Story #1:

Here is the shortest story that I know, only six words.

“For sale. Baby shoes. Never worn.”

I think Hemingway wrote that story.

Notice how 6 powerful words create a huge story in our minds.

Story #2:

When we have red personality team members who won’t take our advice, here is a great story so they want to listen to us.

If we were soldiers, and needed to cross a minefield, what makes more sense?

A. To run ahead and cross the minefield on our own?

B. Follow someone who has already crossed that minefield several times, and carefully follow those footsteps?

The message is delivered instantly. 🙂

Story #3:

I met a person during lunch break on my job. We had a pleasant conversation. We exchanged good stories.

My friend met the same person during his lunch break on his job. They had a pleasant conversation. My friend told a special short story. Because my friend was in network marketing, that story led my friend to an extra $80,000.
