While there are many ways people can become leaders, most people would say that the definition of a leader is someone who is able to be effective in training people to be good followers.
Those same people say that is also the way to retain team members.
But, in my opinion, there is only one sure way for someone to truly be considered a leader and that is by how many other leaders they develop.
And that is the easy way to retain team members!
This type of leader focuses on a 4-pronged strategy of Empathy, Education, Empowerment, and Encouragement to support those they sponsor to achieve each one’s goals for sales, satisfaction, and success.
