4 Ways You Can Use Systems To Achieve Success In Your Business

How do you do this? That’s where Systems come in.

Most people that come into network marketing have never been in a business of their own.  Systems are one of the things that can help anyone become successful. Most companies have systems in place that are unique to their company and products, however, there are success systems that are generic and that’s where you can find great guidance for your success also. Do these 4 things to enjoy a level of success in your business.

1. What is your Why?

The first step in your success system is to identify what is most often called “Your Why.”

Your Why is that reason deep down inside of you that is the motivation to get you into ACTION. It is that internal mechanism that, no matter what, nothing can prevent you from fulfilling your why.

I call it the most important system because if you are in touch with your why, the likelihood of your success increases 100% more than if you don’t know what your Why is. The other reason I think it is important enough to be your number one success system is that it is important enough to take a good amount of time to really think this process through. How long you might ask? As long as it takes, days, weeks or months to put down the most important things in your life and what it will take to work on your agenda and not other people’s agenda. Bring in the people in your life that mean the most to you and discuss your Why. Take the time to go through this process. Feel it, see it, smell it, hear it, taste it. Use all of your senses. People spend weeks and even months planning their annual vacation isn’t knowing your Why worthy of that kind of commitment of your time.

One last thing, once you have gone through this success system, make it the first thing you do to help those you sponsor into your business.

When you have distributors in your organization, who are in touch with their Why, you will have a team member with true direction. You will also be able to bring up their Why when they get discouraged or others start becoming a dream killer to them.

2. Find Out The System That Your Company Uses To Succeed.

The company you have chosen has a system that will educate you about the company, products or services and the compensation plan. If they don’t, choose another company! Take the time to learn everything you can that the company has to offer. Become the expert, the “go-to” person that knows and understands. Don’t forget to go online and check out your company on the internet and on YouTube and learn from these resources.  Don’t forget the internet is like the wild wild west and you might not like everything you see and hear. Do your homework because your customers and potential business partners will do this so you don’t want to be surprised. You will want to be prepared.

3. Follow a successful leader in your company.

One of the best systems you can employ is to follow those successful distributors in your company. This doesn’t mean you have to follow what every one of them is doing. You will get a feel for what fits your personality best, but it is good to know what the successful distributors are doing so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel.

4. Apply the strategy of a top proven trainer.

Look outside of your company to find teachers, coaches, and trainers.

www.TheNetworkMarketingMagazine.com is a resource to locate hundreds of these great people.  Become a member and start reading articles. You can sort by author or subject and hook up with experts that you resonate with.  Jim Rohn, Denis Waitley, Zig Ziglar, Paul Morris are a great starting point but scan more than 200 other contributors.  These people all have the heart to help you, take advantage of what they have to offer.

Use all 4 systems to find success in your business but as we hear from Nike, “Just Do It.”
