It’s far better to make a wrong decision than to not make one at all.” I’ve been told that TheNetworkMarketingMagazine.com is a tool that, if the contents were applied, almost anyone in network marketing could succeed. I would like to believe that, however, I do know that if I were to choose one author out of the over 200 that have contributed to this magazine, Jim Rohn would be that one to help any individual succeed in their business and their life. Jim Rohn has been helping millions of people find success and joy in their life for decades. He often referred to our life as seasons. Each season had it’s purpose and he taught us not to waste any one of the four seasons. One of my very favorite quotes from Mr Rohn on this subject is; “Get busy quickly on your springs, your opportunities. There are just a handful of springs that have been handed to each of us. Life is brief, even at its longest. Whatever you are going to do with your life, get at it. Don’t just let the seasons pass by.” NULL

Jim not only taught us, but he lived what he taught.

He also taught us to be practical in what we are to expect. Another favorite quote I love is; “Everyone has to get good at one of two things: planting in the spring or begging in the fall.” Jim Rohn was always a person who took responsibility for himself and he taught us to do the same. He pointed out that life wasn’t always fair but we were the one who could do something about any circumstance. He would say; “Remember it is not what happens to you that determines your future, it is what you do about it.” The one piece of advice that he gave that helped me to become a successful entrepreneur was; “Decide. It’s far better to make a wrong decision than to not make one at all.” That advice gave me the courage to tackle activities and projects that would have gone undone. He taught me to have courage and not to fear failure, to take on the Nike mantra just Do IT! Thank you Mr Rohn! We are in our fifth year serving networkers world wide here at TheNetworkMarketingMagazine.com. To take on a project to serve an entire industry and to be at the point of the sword, championing this great industry, it takes great mentors and teachers to show us the way. Jim Rohn has taught us persistence and perseverance. One of my favorite stories that has always come to my mind when the going got a little rough was when he talked about a baby learning to walk, he would say; “How long should a baby try to learn how to walk? How long would you give the average baby before you say, “That’s it, you’ve had your chance”? You say that’s crazy? Of course it is. Any mother would say, “My baby is going to keep trying until he learns how to walk!” No wonder everyone walks. There is a vital lesson in this. Ask yourself, “How long am I going to work to make my dreams come true?” I suggest you answer, “As long as it takes.”

Mr. Rohn, once again, thank you for teaching us never to give up.
