Being an entrepreneur is the best freedom in the world! Each day should be a reflection on what you achieved knowing you beat the system! What does bring an Entrepreneur mean to you?
Your own hours? Being your own boss? Not having a cap on your income? Beating the system? Being Grateful that someone gave you the opportunity that you have?
When you look at your own hours sometimes being an entrepreneur means you have to kick yourself in the butt to go to work. Distractions are the biggest hurdle to working from home. There will always be things to take you away from your business goal – example: laundry NEVER goes away, phone calls from friends and family, cleaning up the house.
However, to be successful you have to do what makes you money first. Income generating activities are the key to a successful entrepreneur. ALWAYS do the income generating activities first.
NULL Social media makes you money – facebook, twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and of course the phone! Make a plan to add a certain number of contacts each and every day to your twitter and face book. What is around you to go and network daily? Don’t keep yourself locked up in your house. Go and get a coffee – talk to people in line. Go into the bank to meet the customer service reps– don’t use the banking machine. Smile at people – look happy (I know you are!) Who in your neighborhood knows what you do? What about businesses within a 5 mile radius – have you dropped of a brochure? Don’t always go to the same place to shop, expanded your business by meeting new people daily. Be grateful and pay forward what someone gave to you. Share your business everyday with someone new. Be consistent. Work hard and you will be able to play hard!
Make an income goal for the month – something that is achievable but a stretch.
If your income isn’t growing make sure you are getting a coach/mentor/ or training you will need to be successful. Surround yourself with successful people. Do what they do!!!! Beating the system – no alarm clocks, being told when you can take lunch, a holiday a break, commuting to work. Being an entrepreneur is the best freedom in the world!
