Choosing Wisely, Three Things to Consider By George Madiou

One of the first and most important decisions a network marketer will ever make in their career is to choose wisely when choosing the right company for themselves.

The person who gets into a network marketing business because they were presented with an attractive financial opportunity, with only considering the money will fail!

With thousands of network marketing companies to choose from, It is virtually impossible not to find one or many companies that have products or services that fit your passion.

It will be more likely that you will earn significant income from building a business you’re passionate about, rather the promise of earning a lot of money from some slick person that’s just promoting the income.

That brings me to the second most important decision.

Choosing the right sponsor, once you chose the right industry and company after you did your thorough search for the right fit for you.

If you are serious about building your business you must start interviewing.

That’s right. If you’re going to be in essence a senior VP in someone’s organization, make sure you are joining someone who is successful in their business

They will have the answers to all of your detailed questions. If they don’t, then they need to be well connected with their successful, knowledgeable, and helpful upline or corporate leadership, top management or owner (this last group is looking for people just like YOU!)

The third thing you need to look for is those you bring into YOUR executive team.

Most networkers will get excited about sponsoring anyone who can fog a mirror.  I’m not suggesting that you don’t bring onto your team, anyone who wants to join. What I’m suggesting that you interview everyone you bring into your team and discover what their passion is.

They must understand that you are building a team of successful leaders that will grow as a team. You are not going to invest a lot of time babysitting anyone who is not as serious as you are and your core executive team.

To recap, this process is to choose wisely, your company, your upline sponsor, and your downline leadership team. You will illuminate years of unnecessary struggle being guided by these choices.

What if there was a new for 2020 business opportunity that required no lengthly presentations, no selling, or convincing someone how great the opportunity is. Instead, like throwing a switch, they would know in minutes. Plus, instead of teaching them tedious tactics of recruiting, because of its commonsense nature, especially for what we are currently going though these days (shut in and confused), it would grow automatically and continue to grow.
