Exercise 8: Getting 50 “Confirmed No’s”

One of the keys to creating a successful Network Marketing business is being able to get past the “no’s”. In order to overcome the fear of “no’s”, you have to practice, and the only way to practice it is in the field, in real life. This week’s challenge is a big one, I want you to reach out to your network, utilizing all the skills we’ve taught so far and get 50 “no’s” this week. If you get 50 “no’s”, you will win in 2 ways:

You will overcome your fear of hearing “no”

You will get some “yes” in the process

Reach out to as many people as it takes using the Play1 and Play 2 methodology until 50 people confirm that they are not interested in your opportunity/product.

How many people did you reach out to before you got 50 “no’s”? How many “yes’s” did you get?

In your Notebook or Journal, write down your thoughts, answer the questions, and practice what you are learning.

    Getting out into what is perceived as the uncomfortable zone will allow you to know that no is just a word that has no power over you or what you want to achieve. Hearing no and not letting it affect your goals is the keys to perseverance, knowing your worth and the value of what you share. Keep going, success is in reach.

    Yes, stop fearing no. It gives great practice and in my opinion, it toughens the skin. But remember that the more I hear no, the more or closer I get to yes!

    Every No gets you closer to a Yes. No is not always a forever thing, no may be just not right now and can turn into a Yes in the future.
