With thousands of training systems in the network marketing industry, how do you choose the one that will serve you best and not waste your time or money?

After 13 years publishing TNMM, we hear it over and over again, “Why do only 3% of the people in the industry make any kind of real money?

This is valid question. It’s one we have explored for the last 3 years and have the answer.

We are in a unique position with almost 200,000 members and thousands of companies represented in our memberships, to see how people get trained. Training falls into two categorizes. Company training (product and service) and business and personal development training.

We are not in a position to teach about a company’s product or service. When you join a company you MUST make sure the company you choose has an outstanding training program for their products and services.

The second critical training is the business and personal development training.

In this arena we are well qualified after 13 years of over 200 contributors of the who’s who in network marketing . We know in this group who is the best of the best (it’s not all of them!)

When we took on the challenge to help those who really wanted to learn the skill sets and the systems necessary to work toward being a 3%er we found that in our membership there was 27% of our members that were willing to follow the system and do the work to become a 3%er. This is why we created the 27%er success membership!

For the last 2 years, we have developed a system to GUIDE our 27%ers down a pathway of their success and Become The Networker others are envious of and they and their family are proud of. This has been our goal!

How do we go from a 3% success ratio of all networkers, to a success rate of 30% of the people who have a Mindset of the 27%er group?

We use proven systems, taught by those who have done it, not just talked about it. We have the trainers AND content! But we need one more thing that no one else is doing.

It’s not just the content. We searched out the technology platforms that the Fortune 500 companies have used to create highly effective employees in companies like Toyota, Wells Fargo, Bloomingdale’s and even NASA. This platform delivers content in a way that is consumed by the learner to increase sales, profitability, leadership, teamwork, retention and so much more. EVERYTHING we are looking for in our network marketing teams.

The fundamental difference between our 27% Success System is all these trainers are focused on content delivered over a webinar or a short weekend event. The 27% Success System creates reinforcement of behaviors, AND information. Everyone else is focused on the delivery of ‘Information’ and consequently cannot deliver the sustainable results we can.

    George Madiou is a full-blooded Entrepreneur, complete with validating credentials, Degrees in Marketing and Management from SUNY and NYU (could ya guess he's a native New Yorker!) To date George has owned over 30 businesses, and says they varied from wildly successful to outrageous learning experiences. Among other successful ventures George has achieved high pin levels in two different network marketing companies.
