Have You Decided To Become a Millionaire? by Dale Calvert

DaleCalvertIt is harder for most people to make $1,000 a month than it is $5,000. If you can get your skill sets and mind sets to the point where you are making $1,000 a month, then $5,000 will come I remember the time, the place, and the moment, when I made the DECISION to become a millionaire. I was listening to a set of tapes from Jim Rohn called “Take Charge of Your Life”. Jim made a statement that I had heard him say at least 100 times before. He said “Everyone should make it a goal to become a millionaire, not for the money, but for the person you will have to become”. For some reason that day the statement went from my head to my heart and I made the decision to become a self-made millionaire. I immediately started the affirmation and programming methods we teach at http://www.ProgrammingYourMind.com. NULL

Now get this, less than two months after the DECISION was made, an opportunity came to me that allowed me to earn in excess of 10 million dollars over the next 5 years. The question I will always wonder about… Would the opportunity have come if I had never consciously made the DECISION?

If you are going to dream, why not dream BIG? Prior to that day, I had been working in the network marketing industry for 9 years. My original goals when I joined were: 1) Make $5,100 a month so I could leave my job at IBM in Lexington, KY 2) Drive a new car 3) Take a Vacation to Hawaii After nine years I was driving a new car, making over $20,000.00 a month and planning my first trip to Hawaii. My reality had exceeded my wildest dreams when I started. I was beyond thrilled. I had a large duplicating organization world-wide and felt so blessed and thankful. For me, to want more almost felt greedy. I am sure some of you can relate to this. How many of us were taught, “Money is the root of all evil”? That is not what it says, it says THE LOVE of money is the root of all evil, and there is quite a difference. Money supports Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Make a Wish Foundation, builds schools and churches and supports the Salvation Army and Red Cross.

I have heard and I believe, money simply makes you more of what you already are. If you are a caring, giving person you will be able to do a lot of good when you become a millionaire.

I realize that some of you reading my words are just looking for an extra $300 a month. If you want a few hundred bucks a month, then go sell something at the flea market! Network marketing requires a great deal of personal change and growth, that many people cannot or will not put themselves through. For those of us that do, it is one of the most significant ongoing, rewarding, processes of our lives. The power of network marketing is the magnificent long term residual income that can be created. I personally believe that it is harder for most people to make $1,000 a month than it is $5,000. If you can get your skill sets and mind sets to the point where you are making $1,000 a month, then $5,000 will come if you keep doing what you are doing. I think it is easier to make $10,000.00, $25,000.000, even $100,000,00 a month in network marketing than it is to make $1,000 a month! Please hear what I am trying to communicate. If it is harder to make $1,000 a month than it is $100,000.00 why not just go ahead now and set your goal to become a millionaire? In the book Think & Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill one of the truths explained is…

…when people DECIDE what they want, they attract the people, places, and circumstances to bring that desire into reality.

Is that powerful or what? Most people don’t have more, because they don’t want more. I have had the opportunity to hang out with many self-made millionaires over the years. Without exception the one thing they had in common is they all DECIDED to become a millionaire before it ever happened. So back to you, have you decided to become a millionaire? Why not make that decision today? Focus on it and you will attract the people, place and programs to make your dream a reality. By the way, my 8th year in the industry I had made some money, lost some money, but I found myself in a situation where I was over 50,000 in excess debt. Three years later, at the end of my 11th year I was making six figures a month and had a net worth of over a million dollars. Where will you be at the end of 2011, 2012, or 2013? Why not decide to become a millionaire? Remember, if you shoot for the moon and miss, you are still among the stars!
