Network Marketing Success – This May Have More to Do with Your Success Than You Thought

If you’ve been slugging away at trying to achieve network marketing success, and you’ve been sitting at your computer eating unhealthily, not exercising, and letting yourself become totally stressed out…you’re actually doing more harm than good.

Yes, a lot of us like to get caught up in the fact that we’re working hard toward our goal, and so we let ourselves think that we’re sacrificing some things for now, in order to achieve the success that we want to achieve.

But what you’re actually doing is slowing down your success, where getting back in shape and especially exercising will help speed up your progress.

Why You Might Want to Get in Shape to Increase Your Network Marketing Success

I think that we sometimes forget that in our lives, and especially in our bodies, everything is connected in one way or another. Our bodies work on systems with blood flow, hormones flowing, oxygen, etc. It all happens in there whether we think about it or not, but it’s not always happening as well as it could.

One of the things that happens to us as we’re trying to reach new levels of network marketing success is that we begin to get stressed, anxious, and depressed even when things aren’t working out.

And then, in a vicious cycle of events we begin to lose focus, our minds don’t work as well, and of course our bodies start to go south as well.

Well we’ve always known that when we exercise we feel better (at least eventually), but what you probably didn’t realize is that when you exercise, you actually help increase the activity of your brain, reduce stress and anxiety, and become more focused.

The best part is that it doesn’t take a lot of exercise to do it. Moderate exercise can have profound effects for the day on your brain.

John Ratey, M.D. wrote a book in 2008 called “Spark” that reveals amazing things about exercise and what it can do for your brain. His work continues and you can find out great things at his website as well.

We’ve always been taught that we need to exercise so that we become stronger and look better. That’s why most people will start to get in shape as a New Year’s resolution, but what we don’t realize is that when we exercise the huge benefit is actually to our brains, and the getting in shape and looking good part is simply a happy bi-product to that.

According to Mr. Ratey’s work, exercise is quickly becoming known as a huge help for sufferers of ADHD, stress, depression, anxiety, memory, enhanced thinking, and tons of the other things that keep us from being all that we can truly be.

“The relationship between food, physical activity and learning is hardwired into the brain, “says the Sparking Life organization website.

Exercise and its increased blood flow to our brains and nervous systems help our neurons fire on all cylinders much more efficiently.

Basically, if you’re having trouble reaching network marketing success, then it could have a lot more to do with your lack of exercise than you could have ever imagined…and it’s worth the shot to at least try if you ask me!
