Cover_2008_February In this month’s issue we discuss Duplication. Duplication can be good and it can be bad. We often equate duplication with success. The reality is if some of the poor activities and inactivates are duplicated this will result in failure or leaving the business. This is the reason we need to embrace some of the basics that need to be duplicated. Read the input that our contributors are sharing with you this month.
