NULL The real secret in attaining financial freedom in network marketing is to become a Compassionate Marketer and focus on others. Sages throughout history have invoked this philosophy, from Biblical times, the Greek philosophers, right down through modern times with industry giant Jim Rohn who teaches us “if we give folks what THEY want, we will obtain what WE want”. Easier said than done my friends, however each and every success story always reflects the person’s willingness and focus on helping others achieve their goals and dreams. Remember the little adage about doubling a penny each day? When a person starts with 1 penny and doubles the amount each day, it grows through exponential growth and at the end of the year the number grows to MILLIONS. In our industry this philosophy is best described by Jeff Olson who calls this The Slight Edge. KNOWING that if you take the correct actions on a daily basis, they will grow over time. It is the very concept of exponential growth mixed with Desire – Your desire must be personal and so large that NOTHING will stand in your way. Focus – Your focus is a SKILL that can be learned and practiced eternally (each and every day) in order that nothing will deter you from completing your task. Education – Your Education must include personal growth on a daily basis and your willingness to grow, accept and embrace your success. Knowledge- Your knowledge is what you gather and embrace along the way through the people you associate with, your personal growth, the skills you learn and develop and how you apply all these things towards your goal. Patience- Patience is THE essential ingredient. Without patience to nurture and learn, develop and be wiling to share and TEACH OTHERS, none of the other components are meaningful. These five ingredients work together to create REAL Financial Freedom.
The REAL secret is that you must define what your (financial) success means to you.
What qualities, quantities, values, ethics, and abilities will it bring to you? How does it smell, taste, feel and what does YOUR financial freedom look like? Keep a journal for your Success Journey and write down all that is meaningful to you. Use the smell, taste, feel and look like formula as you define what your financial success will bring with it. Document your daily ACTIVITIES. Writing down your goals and activities invokes The Law of Intention and her sister, The Law of Attraction to your door, my friend. Don’t forget that you must be willing to SHARE all that you learn with others and extend a helping hand to them as they journey on their own path towards financial success as exemplified with Jim Rohn’s statement “if we give folks what THEY want, we will obtain what WE want”.
