Just think if you could put yourself on a Xerox machine and choose the number of people you would like in your team as fired up as you are and as passionate about your business as you are! Oh boy is recruiting and replicating yourself fun! Just think if you could put yourself on a Xerox machine and choose the number of people you would like in your team as fired up as you are and as passionate about your business as you are! Can you even imagine! Once you start prospecting, find a time to explain EXACTLY what they are going to be doing. Show them the plan carefully and be up front about everything that is expected of them.
EVERYTHING happens before they join, the trust, the understanding and the lasting excitement. If you withhold anything until they join, you are doomed and the party is over.

The trust is gone and you cannot get it back. Show your new recruits that you can build the business and lead by example. Never ask others to do that which you are not willing to do yourself. Coach your distributors so that they are confident they can build the business by themselves but that you will be their amazing support system. Stay in touch. Communication with your distributors is paramount. Have fun! Prove it works! Fire up!
