Today was about Front-end and Back-end Challenges
Front end challenges are about having the right mind set, skill sets, fear of failure or what someone might say about you, that’s the front end challenges.
The back end challenges is what happens when people go out and have early success but because they have not prepare themself mentaly they may find it harder for them when they do meet challenges. This is a leadership development business, prepare the team for challenges front and back end this is part of a leaders job.

Front-end challenges and back end challenges. Some people just don’t have the front end challenges but then they run into the back end challenges. As a leader teach your students this.

I have to remember that we’re in the leadership development business. some leaders come into the business already having transferrable skills in place and therefore can hit the ground running and have success right off the bat… there are people who will join their team upon merely asking. But MOST people do not have transferrable skills and have to develop themselves BEFORE they can have the same level of success. That is where I’m at. I have a whole shipload of mental baggage to unload & repack before I can expect to have the success other types of women/people come into the game with. But it’s ok. As long as I grow and can help any team members I get to grow and we each do the necessary things, we’ll be fine.
