New experiences create growth and tough experiences create success. If we took a few minutes to sit down and chat about how things are going, I would not be surprised if I heard about challenges, difficulties and tough circumstances. If I were an attentive listener, you would elaborate on obstacles, difficult people, unexpected events and zingers from every direction. As you went on, you would reveal frustration and ask many questions. So how do I know that?
It’s because all successful people go through exactly that: obstacles, challenges, difficult situations and seemingly insurmountable odds.
You see, that is the nature of the process of success. Success is exclusively born from new experiences and, specifically, tough circumstances. You are experiencing these things because you have not settled into comfort or mediocrity. NULL
You have stepped into goals, assignments or projects where the outcome is not foretold and the circumstances are not laid out and easy-to-navigate. The tasks you have taken on are not sequential and predetermined. All of your circumstances are revealing themselves on a moment-by-moment basis due to your tenacity and willingness to press through what is known, and on into what is not known. Keep going. Don’t hesitate or question. Be encouraged that you are experiencing tough circumstances. The newer they are and the tougher they are, the more likely it is that you are on a road not traveled by the common person that only seeks certainty.
