I am inviting you to stop for a moment to consider how often you ask other questions that begin with ‘why?’
Why did I do that?
Why did that happen?
Why did he/she act like that?
These — and similar ‘why’ questions — are asked by human beings endlessly throughout every day.
‘Why’ is ironic…because the answer to any ‘why’ question is most often ‘I don’t know.’
Rather than looking back at ‘why’ something occurred — a more empowering question is one that begins with ‘How’, “When’, or ‘What’?
